A little about me 🙌

I am a qualified physiotherapist and massage therapist with 10+ years of experience. My background as a physiotherapist gives me the knowledge to tailor your treatment, focussing on areas of injury and tension.

🌎 I love to travel and was previously living in the UK and Europe for 8 years. A highlight was working in the Swiss alps where I was able to ski every day before work.

🚲 I have worked with skiers, professional mountain bikers, runners, and climbers.

⛷️ Any spare time I have is spent outdoors, skiing, mountain biking, and hiking.

In 2022, I made the move back to New Zealand and to Wanaka.
